Why We Exist: Meeting a Critical Need
Eating Disorder Treatment Centers (EDTC) was created to meet a critical need in Louisiana. As one of the only residential treatment facilities for eating disorders in Louisiana, we offer what has been missing: truly comprehensive, high-quality care in a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
At EDTC, healing goes beyond symptom management. Our program is built to support the whole person through physical, emotional, and relational care. By combining medical oversight, clinical expertise, wellness practices, and trauma-informed support, we help clients make meaningful, lasting progress.
